  • Choose " Add to cart"

  • Check products and quantity

  • Check out

  • Complete the form and press continue

    •  Enter any number for  zip code

    • Make sure mobile number is correct

  • Confirmation mail will be sent to you with order number​

  • You will be contacted to confirm order, address and delivery time.

  • Payment is made upon delivery but in case of some special orders you may be asked to make a down payment.

  • We accept payment through paypal

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently we only ship to Egypt. 

How do I return an item?

 

If the received item is not as per your expectations you have the right not to accept it and return it with the delivery person. You can ask for return and refund within 14 days of purchase with no reasons asked on condition that the product is as good as new and two way shipping cost is charged in this case.

 
What is your returns policy?

 

We accept returns within a month if the product proved to possess manufacturing faults and shipping cost is covered by Edokana. Products that prove miss used cannot be returned.

How do I track my order?

 

Usually our products are delivered anything between 1 - 10 days. You will receive a call confirming your order and address and you may follow us latter on through whatsapp messages or through live chat on our website using your order number.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Contact with eDokana is only through the specified channels.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We deliver to your specified address across Egypt. Note that extra charges may be asked for delivery in certain areas.
